10 Years Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions.
Covered Products:
Mattresses
manufactured with a design approved by Accutex International
Inc. will be covered by the terms of the warranty. Accutex will
approve all designs that are 100% Accu-foam and do not contain
foam from other manufactures. Additional constructions that
contain other Accutex products in combination with Accutex may
be submitted for approval consideration. Accutex must approve
any foam used in conjunction with Accu-foam.
Accutex requires
notification of Accu foam designs and requires an inspection of
the total unit construction. An Accutex engineer or sales
representative will be made available to conduct the inspection.
Coverage
Period:
Accu-foam is
guaranteed to retain at least 75% of its original loft for a
period of up to 10 years, covering the average life of a
mattress.
Exclusions:

Manufacturer defects
including, but not limited to, frame and springs.

Warranty is limited to
described Accutex products only. Accutex is not responsible for any
subsequent damage resulting from product failure due to faulty
workmanship by manufacture and/or if finished product is abused or
misused in any way, or exposed to any liquid or chemical products.
Rights of Inspection:
Accutex reserves the right to
inspect all mattresses involved in warranty claims. All inspection will
take place at the designated customer's manufacturing facility.
Claim Limitations:

This warranty is limited
to Accutex materials only. Any and all subsequent materials, labor,
and/or freight and/or delivery charges are not covered under warranty.

Warranty coverage is
limited to original purchaser.

Up to 15 Years Limited Warranty
The purchase of your new
specialty sleep product is quality-assured to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Your warranty starts with the
date of original purchase. The original purchase
receipt is required to demonstrate purchase
date. This warranty provides you with specific
legal rights. You may have additional rights
which vary from state to state
Body impressions on your new
mattress are normal and indicate that the
cushioning layers are conforming to your body
contours. Impressions up to 1.5 inches should be
expected and are not a suggestion of structural
failure.
Replacement or repair of your
specialty sleep product will be done with exact
materials if available but we reserve the right
to substitute with materials of equal or higher
value.

Mattress fabric is not covered
under this warranty.

A quality bed frame is
required for this warranty to be effective. A
center-support must be present under the Queen
and King sets.

This warranty is provided to
the original purchaser only and is not
transferable.

We reserve the right to refuse
service if a product is found to be soiled or
unsanitary.

Transportation costs to and
from our facility are the responsibility of the
consumer.

Please allow one-three weeks
after the product is received into our facility.

In the event that service
resulting from such defect is required during
the warranty period, the product will be
repaired or replaced using the scale below.
