Q: What is visco elastic foam or memory
foam?
A: Visco-Elastic memory foam is a unique
oil-based polyurethane flexible foam,
originally developed in the 1970's by NASA
(national aeronautics and space
administration). This foam was invented to
be used to support the astronauts by
relieving the incredible G-Forces
experienced in the human body during takeoff
and landing.
Q: How does it work?
A: Its visco-elastic properties allow it to
automatically sense your weight and
temperature, and respond by molding to your
body's exact shape and position.
Continuously reacting to the weight and body
temperature of the user, the visco-elastic
memory foam dramatically minimize pressure
points, thus reducing tossing and turning,
significantly improving blood circulation
and reducing pain and discomfort with
disruptive sleep.
Q:
Why
should I buy your products?
A: We only sell
high quality brand name products made in USA. We do not sell
generic brand. We do not sell factory
rejects, closeouts, freight damaged, dirty merchandise.
Q: What are
the benefits of sleeping on memory foam?
A: Relives pressure points (Great for side sleepers
who experience numbing in the shoulders and arms as
well as those who spend extended periods of time in
bed). It is much more comfortable than sleeping on a
conventional inner spring mattress. People with
certain aliments from herniated or ruptured discs,
arthritis, fibromyalgia, the memory foam can offer a
great deal of relief. Memory foam mattress topper
will greatly change the way an existing innerspring,
water, air or foam mattress feels.
Q: What is the best foam Firmness Rating Support for me?
A: There is not one prefect visco elastic memory
foam pad density for everyone. Instead you should
take into account your body size and sleeping
preferences. Lighter customers may find that a 4.3
visco elastic memory foam topper is just right.
However if you are lighter and prefer a firmer feel
than a 5.3 visco elastic memory foam pad may be
best. Heavier customers should choose denser
toppers. Rarely do our customers find any visco
memory foam pad to be too dense. Denser
visco-elastic memory foam toppers make for better
sleep.

For stomach sleepers the manufacturer recommends
a 2 inch thickness; back sleepers a 3 inch
thickness and side sleepers a 4 inch thickness.
To make sure your sheets will accommodate your
new topper we would recommend measuring the
depth of your mattress and then measure your
sheets from the corner seem to the elastic edge.
In most cases your current sheets will fit a 2
or 3 inch topper; however for a 4 inch topper
you will need a set of deep fitted or deep
pocket sheets that fit mattresses up to 18
inches deep.
Q: What is the
Comfort Firmness Rating Support?
A: Our manufacturer rates our products by a comfort
rating which factors in the density. We do not have
the ILD rating, or the weight in lbs per sq
foot. High density foams can be produced very soft
and low density foams can be made very firm.
Therefore, there is no such thing as a "hard" or
"soft" density. High density foam products generally
offer a great deal of support, but they may actually
be fairly soft foams. Our products are comparable to
nationally advertised products. There is a
difference between firmness and support. Firmness
(25% IFD) is a measurement of surface feel of the
foam. Support is the foam's ability to "push back"
against weight and prevent the foam from "bottoming
out." Higher density foam helps prevent the feeling
of having the foam collapse beneath the weight of
your body. Therefore individuals that weigh more
should consider the higher density (5.3 Accu-Gold)
products, those that weigh less than 200lbs should
consider the lower density (4.3 Accu-Ease) products
and those that weigh less than 100lbs should
consider the super soft (3.3 Accu-Aire) products. We usually recommend
that if the person using the visco-elastic
memory foam mattress topper weighs under 200lbs
and they are just looking for added comfort they
should get a 2" visco-elastic memory foam
mattress topper, if they weigh over 200 lbs we
definitely recommend a 3" visco-elastic memory
foam mattress topper and for those that weigh
over 250lbs the 4" toppers are the best option
for pressure point relief and comfort. The 3.3
Accu-Aire visco-elastic memory foam is SUPER
SOFT being less dense and having a softer
compression or ILD rating. The 4.3 Accu-Ease is
slightly firmer and provides a little more
support while at the same time remaining soft
and supple with a slightly more supportive
compression or ILD. Our most luxurious 5.3
Accu-Gold visco elastic memory foam is firmer
than the 3.3 Accu-Aire and 4.3 Accu-Ease visco
elastic memory foam and is more like the
nationally advertised Swedish foam. It's a
personal preference really whether you want a
softer or firmer sleeping surface. We do not
recommend getting a 4" visco-elastic memory foam
mattress topper unless the person using it
weighs over 250lbs or needs extra pressure point
relief and doesn't mind sinking down into the
visco-elastic temperature sensitive memory foam.
We have found through personal and professional
experience that the weight ranges that we refer
to work really well with the type of pad
thickness you are thinking of getting. Why spend
the extra money if you don't need to.
Q:
Will memory foam material make me hot and sweaty?
A: No memory foam is temperature smart. It relates
to your body, your temperatures and your sleep
style. Your natural body heat allows the foam to
create your own personalized comfort.
Q:
How long
it will take to receive my order?
A: We process all orders within 48 hours and we ship
your order by UPS, FEDEX. The estimated time to arrive
is about 3 to 7 business days based on your address
in Continental USA.

Q:
Who are your
customers?
A: Our customers very from residential to businesses
such as doctors, chiropractors,
furniture stores,
upholstery
shops, physical
therapists, message therapists, other medical
professional, hotel supply, RV dealers, boat
dealers.
Q: How
long does it take for the new foam odor, to go away?
A: The smell that
you are referring to is a new foam smell that some
foam can have. We can assure you that U.S. made
foams do not contain any toxic chemicals like
formaldehyde or PBDE,
but it can have new foam smell that lasts for a
couple of days to a couple of weeks, based on the
foam manufacturer. The foam smell does not
necessarily trigger allergies; however, it can be
bothersome to some people who have sensitivities to
smells. If the smell bothers you then try the
following strategies: airing out the room and
washing the sheets after a few nights of sleep on
the new mattress, placing a dish of vinegar on the
night stand or a bowl with ammonia underneath the
bed to help neutralize the smell or place a couple
fabric softener sheets under the sheets for a few
days or spraying the foam with Febreze. If these
methods do not help then try using an air
purifier machine as this should help clear the smell
very quickly. The smell will go away, so please do
not base your opinion of the product on the initial
smell that may come with it.
Q:
Is It Time To Replace Your Bed?
A: Many mattresses that appear to be in good shape
are actually not supporting you properly. As a
general rule, if you've had your bed for more than 5
years, chances are you need to replace it.
Q:
How much
smaller
Memory Foam Toppers are cut than the bed sizes to
accommodate sheets and avoid edging?
A: All toppers are cut
between 1" and 4" from (W) and (L) and 1/8" to 0.5"
from thickness to accommodate sheets and avoid
edging.
Q:
What
Else Is In Bed With You?
A: Did you know your innerspring bed is
home to a colony of tiny bugs that eat your skin?
It's true! Dust mites fed on your discarded skin
cells, and most innerspring mattresses have hundreds
of thousands of the little buggers. Memory foam beds
are much less attractive to dust mites because they
have a solid core, unlike the hollow center of an
innerspring mattress. Don't let the bed bugs bite!
Q: What
are some examples of how toppers are used?
A: The
quality of a piece of Memory Foam is determined by
measuring its density. The denser the material the
heavier and firmer it is to the touch. Also, the
denser products usually take a lot longer to recover
from a compressed state and are therefore thought to
be more supportive than less dense memory foam.
Because of this slower recovery, and increased
support, denser foams are more expensive than
materials that are less dense. In it simplest terms,
density simply tells you how much the particular
piece of memory foam weighs. A 4 lb. density simply
means that a one foot cube of this material would
weigh 4 lbs. Each memory foam brand has its own
unique feel and recovery time. Higher density memory
foam tends to have more of the unique memory feel
that makes the foam more supportive. A 2.5 lb.
density memory foam doesn't have enough density to
give you the same feel that you get from a 4 lbs. or
a 5 lbs. block of memory foam.
Q: What
are some examples of how toppers are used?
A: You have a spring mattress has given many years
of good service (or perhaps not). Rather than
spending $500 -1500 on a new bed you can transform
your bed by simply adding one of our toppers at a
fraction of that cost. It can also be used on foam
beds, latex beds, sofa bed or a fold away bed.
Q: Do
I need to rotate my memory foam mattress?
A: During the first 30 days, we recommend that you
frequently rotate your mattress from head to foot to
assure proper breaking in and even weight
distribution.
You should never flip your memory mattress.
Q: How
do you get a mattress or topper in such small
package?
A: A special process enables us to dramatically
reduce the size of the mattress before its packaged
and shipped. When the package is opened, the system
automatically returns to its full size with no loss
of performance.
Q: How
do I set up the system and restore it to full size?
A: Its simple, place the package in the approximate
location where you want the bed to be. Make sure
that there is enough room surrounding the package,
because the product will expand approximately 3
times the package size. Then just open the package
carefully and in about 1 hour the mattress will
expand to approximately 75% of its original size.
Within 24hrs it will return to 100% of its fill
size.
Q:
Does a memory foam mattress require any special care
or protective pad and hot do I clean it?
A: None whatsoever. Do not machine, wash or dry
memory foam pillows or mattress pads. The foam can
be spot cleaned using a mild detergent. Air dry it
away from direct sunlight.
