All damage returns must have a RMA number
issued by Foam4Less.com
Damage returns will not be
assessed a restocking fee.
Damage returns must be filed
within 7 business days.
Damage returns must be received
within 15 business days.
Shipping charges will not be
reimbursed for damage returns.
Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges.
Any "False" damage returns will
be assessed a fee of 25%.
No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
Once a damage return has been
received it will be processed and inspected in a timely manner. A return
credit for damage returns will be issued when credit is received by
Foam4Less from Accutex.
Carrier Damage / Claims
Any returns due to carrier
damage will not be accepted by Foam4Less.
These item(s) should be held by
the dealer for claims processing.
Any returns received due to
carrier damage will be assessed a 25% handling fee.
Order
Cancellations:
We will cancel orders when requested. You will be responsible for any costs
incurred up to the point where your order can be canceled. There are no
cancellations of custom orders, once the manufacturing has begun. If an
order has already been shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer
will be responsible for Shipping and Handling charges both ways.
